Mr. Matin Brian Nikoui is a forensic science practitioner with six years of experience working at the Nikoui and Associates firm, trained in multiple disciplines, primarily latent print examination and processing.
Mr. Matin Brian Nikoui is a San Jose State University graduate with a Bachelors of Science degree in Forensic Science concentrated in Biology. He has completed two years of forensic science training at the Mission Valley Regional Occupational Program in Fremont, California. He also has completed a 14-months long internship program in the DNA unit of San Mateo County Sheriff's Crime Laboratory. He is currently working as a Criminalist I/Latent Prints for the Santa Cruz Sheriff Crime Laboratory. Currently, Matin has finished his final master thesis and is awaiting to receive his Master of Science in Forensics Science degree from the National University.
Matin has been working at the Nikoui and Associates firm since 2014 conducting evidence processing, digital image enhancements, fingerprint evaluation and comparisons, and many other related administrative tasks.
Since 2015, he has been a member of the International Association for Identification.
